Refurbishment and Demolition Survey
Required to:
- locate & describe any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in a property prior to any refurbishment works or demolition of the property taking place.
- locate any suspected ACMs in difficult to access areas.
Involves:
- fully intrusive investigation works.
- adherence to CAR 2006 (regulation 7) whereby all ACMs are to be removed as far as it practicable before any works commence.
