Management Survey
Required to:
- establish the presence & extent of any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in a property which could be disturbed or damaged during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation works;
- assess the condition of said ACMs through sampling and analysis of the ACMs discovered.
Involves:
- minor intrusive investigation works;
- the removal of several samples for analysis at a specialist laboratory.
